The electricity in my room kept cutting out at night. My air conditioning switched off multiple times. This meant I woke up repeatedly and it was frustrating. Also housekeeping did not clean the room well at all

The room had a spacious layout with adequate storage. Staff members are available at the reception area 24/7. The hotel includes a spa area I used. I found many coffee places and eateries within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel provides only two complimentary water bottles daily. I think more water should be provided.

The hotel provided a detailed map with excellent food recommendations. Staff explained everything, including Train Street proximity. The room offered cleanliness and space. The hotel amenities provided everything necessary for an enjoyable stay.

I noticed only a very minor issue. The bed firmness was a bit too high for my personal preference.
